BOPP Film Workshop

We have 2 lines of advanced production for BOPP film, which is imported from Germany Brueckner company. It produces with the design of three-layer co-extrusion and three-step two way stretching.

Acrylic Glue Production Plant

We have 16 sets of 20T glue reactors, with the annual productivity of over 130000 tons of acrylic ester emulsion, and with the daily productivity of over 400 tons.

Coating Workshop

We have two plants for coating BOPP tape jumbo roll, with 28 lines of coating machines in total.

Cutting Machines Workshop

We have 7 lines of cutting machines, can provide tapes with nice surface and smooth in the edge.

Printing Workshop

We have 7 lines of printing machines, with an annual productivity of more than 40000 pieces.We can provide 1~3 different color print.

Automatic Warehouse

The automatic warehouse is the most advanced equipment in industry, which can save much labor. It can keep more than 6000 rolls.

Testing Equipment

We do test before delivery of each batch products. Product Quality test can be offered for each order.

Finished Products Wareshouse

We have a finished warehouse of 1500 square meters.
